do I make a purchase?
After clicking on a particular product, just click the "Buy it " button adjacent to the
item and it will be added it to your “shopping bag”. After clicking
the button, you will be forwarded to our Paypal shopping cart, where
you can change your desired quantity, return to the page to purchase additional
products, or checkout, completing your order. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can easily pay with Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash,
checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D). Most orders will be shipped

What
shipping method do you use?
All packages will be sent by Registered Airmail. Delivery
time is approximately 7-10 working days depending on the location.
An Express Delivery option is available, please contact us for S/H
costs for rush orders. We ship most orders within 2 business days. Top

Gift Service
We offer a Special
Gift Service at ChicFashion allowing you to have your gift purchases sent directly to any recipient(s) worldwide. All
purchases will be gift wrapped and a beautiful hand written gift
card with your own personalized message can be attached. All price
information will be omitted. To send your purchase as a gift, simply
add your gift recipients address on the shipping section of the checkout page.
If
you would like to include a personalized message with your gift
purchase(s), please submit the message via the message box during
checkout. Please note that if you leave the message box empty, the
gift package will not have any other additional identifying
you as the giver. Therefore, for this reason, we encourage you to
at least enter your name on the gift message.
If
you would like to use our Special Gift Service, extra handling charge
applies at US$3.50 per item.
Most
orders will be shipped within 2 business days and you will be notified
by email when the gift is shipped. Top
What
is your return policy?
ChicFashion wants to make sure that you are happy with
each and every purchase. If you are not satisfied with what you
have bought, you can return the item(s) within 30 days for a full
refund less shipping costs. No questions asked, as long as the item
is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive your return,
we will refund your payment via Paypal within 7 days. We will also
send an email confirmation to let you know the refund is completed. Top
